Whether witty or wise, controversial or charming, shocking or silly, sweet or sassy, provocative or profound, inspiring or infuriating--or any combination of those--Johnny Weir, the three-time U.S. Champion, two-time Olympian, and World medalist figure skater, almost always says something worth quoting whenever he commentates a skating competition, makes a TV appearance, gives an interview, holds a press conference, writes, tweets, or is caught on video. I would hate people in my private space. I don't like to reveal secrets, I don't like to have to perform all the time, I just need alone time. I think the fact that I have fans is amazing, and I love them dearly. However, I know when to say "bye," "au revoir," "ciao," "dost ve danya," or "sionara." When I'm finished for the day, I'm finished. Having people find out where I live would freak me out and I'd move. The same goes for my hotel rooms. Everything else is cool with me!
